By using the Website you ('User' or 'you') agree to these Terms of use. In particular, we draw your attention to clause 2 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability), clause 3 (Copyright and intellectual property rights).
  • Together these Terms of use form the entire agreement between you and us ('Agreement'). Your continued access and use of the Website will amount to acceptance of these Terms of use.
  • YF reserves a right to change the Agreement at any time. You should review these Terms of use on a regular basis to ensure that you are aware of any changes made as you will be legally bound by any amended terms if you continue to use the Website after the changes.

  • YF does its best to ensure that all information on the Website is accurate. If you find any inaccurate information on the Website please let us know by sending an email to info@youfit.gr and we will correct it where required.

  • Your right to privacy is important to us. Below we explain how we collect and use personal data, how we protect this information and what your rights are relating to the information that we hold.
  • Data protection - any personal data we may collect from you will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information we hold and process is used to enable us to administer, support, improve and develop our business generally as well as to manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately.

What data do we collect and process?

  • You may choose to give us your personal information (name, telephone number and email address) through our Website when you sign up to receive our newsletters or ask us to contact you.

  • If you fill in our contact form, we will only use your details to answer any query you have raised or question you have asked. Your details will not be passed on to any third party. Your details will not be added to our newsletter distribution list unless you specifically ask to be added.

How do we keep your data secure?

We use providers including Dropbox, GoogleDocs, LiveDrive, Microsoft Sharepoint and Rackspace for cloud-based storage and email exchange server services.

  • When data is transferred to third parties for processing on our behalf, we will ensure that the provider meets or exceeds any legal or regulatory requirements and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to maintain the security of the data. We will also ensure that if information is transferred to a country or international organisation outside of Greece, we will comply with the relevant legal rules governing such transfers.
